Versatility is a core value behind the hiraware aesthetic.
Obsessed with the idea of the modular wardrobe - we look to design clothes that pair together easily, can be worn flexibly for different occasions, and are customisable to be worn different ways.

easy to pair. flexible.
hiraware clothes are designed in neutral colours that are easy to match.
They are designed to look good with shorts, jeans, trousers, sneakers, leather shoes, etc.
And to be worn to different occasions - casual brunch, office, dinner, nights out, weddings, etc.
Guided by our design principles, ensuring a consistent aesthetic spirit across collections.

The SW1 HENLEY paired with navy shorts for a dressy post-sports look.

The same HENLEY paired with our SW1 TROUSERS and suede boots for something calmer - ideal for a day out, casual Friday, or a dinner.

The HENLEY again pictured here with a crossbody bag, our SW1 TROUSERS and Keen sandals - a little more travel focused, exploring a new city.

And for something a touch more formal, the NEHRU SHIRT is paired with our WORKWARE TROUSERS for a look formal enough for the office, but still stylish for going out for dinner after.

customisable.
We look to design clothes that can be customised and adjusted, to give wearers the freedom to interpret their garments.
For example, the TWISTED SHIRT features button options, allowing the wearer to choose if the shirt should be buttoned straight cut or cinched-in at the waist.
founder thoughts.
the benefits of a modular wardrobe.
"I think the value of a versatile, modular wardrobe shows itself over time.
It gives me more looks. If I have three shirts and three trousers; if each shirt only pairs with one trouser - I only get three outfits.
But if they can all together, I've got nine outfits. And if these outfits can be worn for different events, I've got even more flexibility.
This means I don't need such a big wardrobe, I need to buy less clothes.
It allows me to buy better clothes, because even though the upfront costs are higher the actual cost per wear is lower since I wear them more often.
And it really shines through when I travel. I'm able to pack really light, because all my clothes go together and can be worn for different occasions."
