A problem we often see is that most clothes sold here aren't versatile enough. They work only in specific outfits or for specific settings.

 

 

Think of clothes that only work for one thing: a shirt that can only fits going out for dinner, clothes that you would only wear to the office, or a fancy shirt that only matches nicely with one other trousers you own.

Versatile clothes begin with colour selection. Look for muted, natural colours that go well with many other colours, giving you more combinations. 

When we pick our colours we look for muted tones that go well with the base wardrobe colours: white, khaki, grey, brown, navy blue, black.

The idea is that any hiraware piece should be able to pair well with most of the other clothes in your wardrobe.

For example, our sw1 trousers in black will go well with tops in white, green, blue, brown, or black. The colours work, giving a huge range of possible combinations.

When we design our clothes we look to make sure that they go well with many other  different types of clothes: tee shirts, office shirts, jeans, shorts, chinos, slacks, etc.

When we design our clothes we look to make sure they can be worn over many different events: going out and about your day, chilling at home, going out for dinner, coming from the office, etc.

This allows you to wear the clothes regularly, saves you time not having to go back and change, and if you're travelling allows you to pack really light.
