Shipping

We ship domestically to Malaysia and internationally to South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Singapore, and Indonesia.

For customers in Singapore, Thailand, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan and Indonesia, we have a standard RM 20 shipping option (3-5 days). Do note that local import taxes may apply.

For customers in Malaysia, we have a standard RM 6 shipping option (3-5 days).

We use DHL, Aramex and Poslaju for our shipping. Fulfilment will be done the day after and order is placed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking emails will be sent after fulfilment.

Please note that a valid phone number is required during checkout as our fulfilment partners will need to contact you before your order is delivered.

Returns and refunds

Change-of-mind returns can be made within 14 days of fulfilment for a full refund. Items are to be returned to the address below in good condition (no signs of wear and tear) at personal cost.

Defective items covered may be returned within 28 days of fulfilment for a replacement or full refund, with costs borne by Hira.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. In order to process a return or in the event of an issue with payment, please email us at support@hira.asia.
